WORKSHOPS

Do you feel your teams could manage their relationships more effectively? Could they be more confident in approaching difficult conversations? Could managers benefit from assistance in managing difficult conversations with their team members? Is conflict in the workplace avoided rather than managed?

We specialise in the skills that are necessary to have difficult conversations most effectively and can help others develop their skills.  This might be in relation to conversations in the workplace or with customers.  If difficult conversations are avoided, the danger is in potential escalation of conflict or underlying negativity that can impact effectiveness and business outcomes.

Our workshops for up to 16 people are interactive, hands-on, and take place over a half day or a full day, depending on the requirements.  We will provide attendees with a summary of the learning points from the session and tips and frameworks for use back in the workplace.  We tailor the content of each workshop to the audience and any specific learning outcomes that are required.

FAQ

The Answers You Need

HOW DO I KNOW IF YOUR WORKSHOPS ARE APPROPRIATE FOR OUR NEED?

We tailor each workshop according to your requirements.  Contact us to let us know what you're looking for so we can discuss how to deliver against the criteria.

WHAT DO WORKSHOPS COST?

Half-day workshops are charged at £400 and full-day workshops at £800.  We generally deliver workshops at your premises but we can provide a training room where necessary.  We will ask you to meet the cost of any venue hire.  If the venue is located over 25 miles from our office, we will charge additional mileage at 45 pence per mile.

IF WE REQUEST A WORKSHOP, WHAT WILL WE NEED TO DO?

We will initially talk to you to establish any specific learning outcomes required and agree the type of content for the session.  On the training day, we will need you to provide appropriate refreshments for the delegates and ensure we have access to PowerPoint facilities.
