TERMS OF SERVICE

Introduction

Please read these Terms of Service carefully. By using our services, you acknowledge that you understand, agree, and are bound by these terms.

 

 

Modification of Terms

At our discretion, Talking Resolutions may edit, add, or remove parts of this agreement. If we do make changes to these Terms of Service, we will make a reasonable effort to provide notice.

 

 

Acceptance of Referrals

Individuals being referred to Talking Resolutions for any service must have given their consent for the referral to be made, for their relevant personal information to be shared with us and for Talking Resolutions to hold and process that information as required to provide the service requested. They must also have consented to Talking Resolutions contacting them using the details provided.

Payment Terms

30-day payment terms apply to all invoices. Payment is required by bank transfer.

Cancellation 

24 hours notice is required for cancellation of any services. Customers cancelling with less than 24 hours notice will still incur the full costs agreed.  Rebooking will be charged again at the usual rate. Where expenses include pre-booked rooms or interpreting services that are non-refundable, we will still charge this rate to the customer, regardless of the period of notice given.
