WHAT DOES SERVICE DEVELOPMENT INVOLVE?
We will review your processes and paperwork and interview key personnel involved in the scheme. Ideally, this will include the scheme coordinator, key senior management, and those delivering the service. We will produce a report with recommendations for improving outcomes and help you to implement them.
WHAT IS THE COST OF SERVICE DEVELOPMENT?
Our consultancy service is charged at £100 per hour. If your organisation is located over 25 miles from our office, we will charge additional mileage at 45 pence per mile for site visits. For a free bespoke quotation, please contact us.
WHAT KIND OF THINGS MIGHT BE INCLUDED IN THE RECOMMENDATIONS?
Our recommendations will include any possible changes to processes and paperwork, how to manage and embed the scheme within the organisation's existing protocols, suggestions for increasing developmental opportunities for those involved in delivery, ways to increase awareness of the scheme among employees, and other steps that can be taken to support it.
